4-post car lifts

At Jema Autolifte we have our own engineer assigned to design our 4-post car lifts, so that through our experience in the industry and feedback from our customers we can design the best possible car lifts. On a weekly basis, Jema Autolifte has meetings and reviews our customers' views regarding the development of the upcoming 4-post car lift models we are working on.

We started out with one model 4-post car lift, which is today called JA3500F, and today offers 7 different models for the Danish market and for export. We have our 4-post car lift with manual safety locks, which is used both as a parking lift and as a 4-post car lift. This model is primarily used by private users or car dealers who need to store several vehicles. If the lift is used as a parking lift, it can also be mobile so that it can be moved around the workshop as needed. Last but not least, a jack can be purchased that can be placed between the carriageways so that the lift can be used both as a parking lift or as a manual 4-column car lift. JA3500F is a car lift that we have developed over the past 15 years and which is extremely user-friendly and reliable.

For the discerning user or the professional car workshop, we can offer our 100% Danish designed car lifts JA4000F and JA5500F. Both car lifts are fully automatic, which means that they are operated via the control box, with the "UP-DOWN-SAFETY LOCK" buttons. JA4000F has a lifting capacity of 4 tons and a carriageway length of 4888mm, therefore the car lift is suitable for both passenger cars and vans.
Our 4-post car lift JA5500F has a lifting capacity of 5.5 tons and a track length of 5288mm, and therefore takes most passenger cars and large vans. As with our 4-post car lift JA4000F, a 2-ton jack JA2000J-AIR can also be purchased for our large 4-post car lift JA5500F for placement between the tracks.

For car repair shops that need a large and reliable tracking car lift, we have developed our 5.5-ton 4-post car lift JA5501F, which has a track length of 5288mm. At the same time, the JA5501F has space for the tracking turntables and skid plates for the rear wheels of the vehicle to be tracked.

All three 4-post car lifts JA4000F, JA5500F and JA5501F have 4-point safety locks with wire safety system, which ensures that you as the user have a safe and reliable car lift. Furthermore, all our car lifts are of course CE approved by European CE certification companies. The car lifts are tested with 150% static load (8.25 tons) and with a 115% dynamic test (6.325 tons) during the CE certification, which will give the user the assurance that the car lift can handle the maximum capacity specified.

Last but not least, Jema Autolifte also offers European-made 4-post car lifts, which we develop in collaboration with some of Europe's most respected manufacturers. Since 2017, Jema Autolifte has had a close collaboration with the Spanish company Velyen/Istobal, where we produce our 4-post autolift models JA5000F-E and JA12000F-E.

The JA5000F-E can be delivered with normal tracks, or ready for tracking, depending on what you as a customer want. The JA5000F-E is truly quality all the way through, and is a carlift we have sold to large workshop chains where it comes into its own. For the JA5000F-E, we also offer a jack for placement between the tracks, namely the jack JA2000J-E, which is Danish produced by AC Hydraulic.

Our Heavy-Duty 4-pillar autolift JA12000F-E has a lifting capacity of 12 tons and has a track length of 6300 mm. This car lift takes on the vast majority of tasks it is faced with, and here Jema Autolifte can offer a 2-piston jack JA8000J-E.

In addition to the collaboration with our Spanish partner, we also have a close collaboration with an Italian supplier who produces and delivers our JA5001F-E. This model, as one of the only models on the Danish market, has scissor lifts in the carriageways, which makes it extremely easy to lift the vehicle free of the carriageways. The JA5001F-E is also ready for tracking, so it is a car lift that can handle all tasks that the discerning user wants. The 4-post car lift JA5001F-E has a lifting capacity of 5 tons and a carriageway length of 5620mm.
