Plastic Protection for Mounting Head

To avoid scratches on rims during tire changes, it is recommended to use plastic protection for the mounting head. Our Plastic Protection for Mounting Head - Basic Line (JA1004PK) is designed to effectively protect rims during tire mounting and removal.

 

Plastic Mounting Head for Aluminum Rims

When working with aluminum rims, it is crucial to use a mounting head that minimizes the risk of damage. Our Plastic Mounting Head (JA1003PH) is ideal for this purpose and fits models DWB, DWB-1, DWB-2.2, and DWB-3.2.

 

Plastic Protection for Bead Breaker

To protect rims during bead breaking, we offer Plastic Protection for Bead Breaker (DWB1040) and (DWB1040-E). This protection ensures that rims remain undamaged during the process.

 

Plastic Protection for Clamps

When the wheel is placed on the turntable, it is important to protect rims from scratches caused by the clamps. We offer Plastic Protection for Clamps - Basic Line (JA1005PP and JA1006PP and JA1007PP), which effectively protect rims during fastening.

 

Rim Protectors for Tyre Changes

Valve Screwdriver and Valves

Tyre Mounting Paste and Brush

To ensure proper mounting of new tyres, it is important to use tyre paste. Our Tyre Mounting Paste 5 kg (593-0642), together with a Brush for Tyre Paste (593-0584), ensures that tyres glide smoothly onto the rim and prevents damage during mounting.

 

Motorcycle/ATV Adapters

For changing tyres on motorcycles, ATVs, or other small wheels, we offer Motorcycle/ATV Adapters - Basic Line (JA1090MA and JA1091MA). These adapters provide a secure grip on wheels and ensure that the clamps can hold even smaller wheels firmly.

 

Helper Arms for Tyre Changers

If your tyre changer is not equipped with helper arms, these can be purchased to simplify the work process:

  • DWB+ Helper Arm - Basic Line (DWB1078): Fits smaller DWB tyre changers and acts as an extra hand during tyre mounting and removal.
